mercy
If I could be any part of you, I'd be your tears
Conceived in your heart
Born in your eyes
Live on your cheeks
And die on your lips

it had all been in vain

" she already told you, just give up"
" no, but everything's fine.."
" it's NOT, it'll never be"
" but.."
" the meaning has been made clear, and everything was that, there's nothing to change"
" but she's my friend!"
" yes, your friend a minute or so ago. not anymore"

at that, i was met with the cruel truth
its true
it may be already time to give up
but was it?
for that, i couldn't be sure

but i was certainly sure,
that this marked the end
and the end, it shall be

maybe it had already been obvious
that it's time to leave
but i couldn't
my heart still lingered
and i couldn't catch it back

/edit
i woke up tear-stained this morning
that dream had been a scary one
and for some obscure reason i cried while having it

for 2 consecutive nights
ive been dreaming about me on bikes-.=
and falling into holes and knocked by cars and things like that
:/
but something was so different about that dream yesterday
it actually seemed real
and in fact,
too real
---

if you think,
that sometimes
my post may be directed to you.
then that shall be
it'll be for you
